Who can participate in Insight Exchange sessions?
Physicians and or academicians are invited to participate in sessions
on GROUPDCA's sites: www.insightexchange.com, www.graphicdetails.com,
and www.parkstreetresearch.com.
Patients are invited to participate in sessions on www.patientadvisors.com.
What are you asking me to do
as a member of a Insight Exchange panel?
Insight Exchange (formerly Dot Com Advisors) was specifically created to
offer physicians and patients an innovative new way to interact
with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Insight Exchange actively
recruits a panel of physicians who have a high level of therapeutic
expertise and specialized experience in certain healthcare areas.
Additionally, Insight Exchange actively recruits select patients to provide
their unique perspective about healthcare and treatment agents.
As a member of our panel, you will have the opportunity to provide
your insights and opinions through Insight Exchange's rich and engaging
online interactive sessions.
How
will I know when sessions are available for my participation?
You will receive an e-mail invitation to participate in each of
the sessions appropriate to your specialty. This invitation will
then be followed by reminder e-mails in the event you are unable
to respond to the initial invitation.
What is the format of interactive
sessions?
Interactive sessions may ask you to review promotional materials
(eDetailing), to act as a consultant (eAdvisory
Boards), or to participate in market research (e.g., ad testing).
The form, purpose, and intent of each interactive session will be
clearly identified. Please see our Terms of Service Agreement for
further information.
How long will each interactive
session take to complete?
Although every session is different, we anticipate most physicians
will complete promotional sessions in approximately 10 minutes.
The expected duration of each session will be clearly identified
in your program invitation and at the beginning of each session.
How do you select physicians
to participate in a particular session?
Physicians are selected from our panel based on requests from our
clients. Typically these requests are based on one or more demographic
variables, including specialty, geography, managed care affiliation,
practice type, and prescribing habits.
How long will each interactive
session be available for participation?
The success of a given interactive session depends on participation
from as many of our invited panel members as possible. We therefore
will make all reasonable efforts to see that you have sufficient
time to respond. Each interactive session will be available for
a minimum of two weeks. You will receive e-mail reminders when a
session is available for your participation.
Can I refer colleagues to be
members of the panel?
We welcome physician referrals. If you have a colleague who you
think would like to participate, please go to our Refer Your Colleague
area. For each referral, you will be entered into a drawing to win
a valuable gift from Insight Exchange.
Here's a fast and easy way to let your colleagues know about GROUP
DCA. Simply click on the link below, then enter your name and e-mail
address and the names and e-mail addresses of your colleagues in
the spaces provided. When you are done, please click the SUBMIT
button.
In appreciation for panel member referrals, Insight Exchange will conduct
a drawing each month from the names of our panel members who submit
colleague referrals during each given month. Panel members who refer
a colleague who registers with Insight Exchange will receive one entry
(for each colleague who joins our panel) into the monthly drawing
to win their choice of several prizes.

Is my personal information secure?
Completely. As described in our Privacy Policy, we are committed
to safeguarding your privacy online. When you participate, your
personal information on our site is encrypted using industry standard
software. Your answers are never shared with client companies in
any manner that can personally identify you. All of our reports
to clients consist of aggregated and anonymous data.
Will any third parties have access
to my personal information?
Insight Exchange will never sell or lease your personally identifiable
information to any outside parties.
Are my answers confidential?
Absolutely. Your specific answers are never shared with client companies
in any manner that can personally identify you. We do share non-personal
data with clients, but only in aggregate form. Please see our Privacy
Policy for more information.
What do you do with the information
I submit?
Your responses are combined with those from our other panel members
and reported to our clients as aggregated and anonymous data. Our
clients may use such information to help direct future marketing
or educational efforts. In addition, we use your answers and opinions,
as well as your interests and needs, to tailor the content of subsequent
interactive sessions you may participate in. Finally, with your
permission, we use your answers to offer value-added services to
you (e.g., invitations to symposia, continuing medical education,
new clinical reprints, etc.).
What am I allowed to do with
the information provided to me during each session?
The information in each interactive session is provided to you on
a confidential basis solely for your participation in that particular
session. You agree not to copy, print, save, or forward any part
of such content. You are bound by the Terms of Service Agreement
that you agreed to upon completion of your registration.
What do I do if I completed an
interaction but keep getting e-mails inviting me to complete it
again?
We may not have received a completed interaction if you lost your
connection before you finished the interaction. In order to receive
credit for the interaction, you must complete the session again.

Is there a help line I can call
if I have problems with interactions?
Yes, please feel free to call our toll-free Customer Service help
line at 1-888-725-3697 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday,
and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to
answer any questions you may have. You may call at other times than
those listed above to leave a detailed message, and a member of
our staff will get back to you by the next business day with an
answer. You can also contact customer service via e-mail by sending
us an e-mail at customerservice@groupdca.com.
How do I update my profile (e.g.,
e-mail address, mailing address, etc.)?
You can update your profile by logging in and selecting Update Your
Profile. You may be asked to repeat the login process for security
purposes. You can also call our toll-free Customer Service group
at (888) 725-3697.
What if I forget my Password or User
Login Name?
If you can't remember your password, you can retrieve it by clicking
Forgot Your Password. You will be prompted to provide your User
Login Name and the "Magic Word" you entered during registration.
Your password will then be provided. If you have forgotten your
User Login Name, please contact our Customer Service line.
Can I put my membership on hold
while I am on vacation, etc?
Yes. Please call our Customer Service line and tell a representative
the dates you would like your membership to be placed on hold. You
will not receive any e-mails or invitations from us during that
time and will be automatically reinstated at the end of that time
period. If you wish to restore your membership before that time
ends, simply ask Customer Service to reinstate you.
How do I permanently leave the
panel?
Please call our Customer Service line and tell a representative
that you wish to be removed from the Insight Exchange physician panel or
email us at questions@groupdca.com.
